Terms and Conditions of Use and Conditions of Sale
These Terms govern the use of the management system and the services offered by Property Design for the management of tourist rental properties and related stays. Access to the management system and/or use of the services implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Property Design provides services including operational property management, booking and stay management, guest support, administrative and regulatory compliance, as well as any additional services agreed with the property owner. Services are provided in accordance with the signed contract or written agreements.
Access to the management system is granted exclusively to owners, authorized collaborators, and parties expressly authorized by Property Design. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, not to share their credentials, and to use the system only for lawful and authorized purposes. Property Design reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in the event of misuse.
Bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) or direct channels are governed by the terms of the platform used and the cancellation policies indicated at the time of booking. Property Design acts as manager and intermediary and not as the property owner, unless otherwise stated.
Prices for stays and services are indicated at the time of booking and may vary according to availability, seasonality, and demand. Payments are made through booking platforms or systems agreed with the owner or guest. Any additional services must be expressly requested and confirmed.
Cancellation policies are those indicated on the booking platform used or specified in the confirmed offer or quotation. Property Design is not responsible for unauthorized refunds or requests submitted outside the applicable deadlines.
Property Design is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, for issues attributable to third parties (utilities, external platforms, suppliers), or for improper use of the property by guests. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay, in accordance with booking conditions.
Guests agree to comply with the house rules, use the property responsibly and respectfully, observe check-in and check-out times, and fulfill legal obligations, including identification and registration requirements.
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy available within the management system and accepted together with these Terms.
Property Design reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes shall take effect from the date of publication.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where Property Design is based, unless otherwise required by law.
